The survey instrument was a self-perceived questionnaire entitled “family social-economic status, parents' rearing attitude of exercise, and exercise participation on subjective well-being questionnaire”. It contained with good reliability and validation. The available sample participators for the study consisted of 536 elementary teachers. Descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation were applied to check the hypotheses. Statistical analysis yielded the following results: 1.The male teachers’ exercise participation degree of the elementary school teacherswere higher than female ones. 2. The exercise participation degree of the elder elementary school teachers were higher than the younger ones. 3. The parents' rearing attitude of exercise of the elementary school teachers'parents in generations was significant that the elder got higher score.. 4. The teachers'exercise participation degree of the elementary school teachers in generations is significant that the elder got higher score. 5. The parents' rearing attitude of exercise of the elementary school teachers' parents in teacher's background of teacher education was significant that from teacher education program got higher score. 6. The teachers’ exercise participation degree of the elementary school teachers from teachers college was higher than teachers from teachers education program in university and institute. 7. The elementary school teachers From lower family social-economic status got lower parents' rearing attitude of exercise score. 8. The elementary school teachers' parents got higher parents' rearing attitude of exercise score got higher exercise participation degree. 9. The effect of teachers'exerciece participation on subjective well-being was statistical significance Based on the results mentioned above, some suggestions were proposed to related institutions, government, and future researchers.
