Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-esteem, learning behavior, and school adjustment of junior kigh school students in chiayi area.There were 746 effective questionnaires selected from junior high school students- grade one to grade three in Chiayi Area. Research tools are "Self-esteem Scale" ," Learning Behavior Scale " and " School Adjustment Scale ". The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation. The conclusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows:
1.The junior high school students' self-esteem and school adjustment was good.
2.The junior high school students' learning behavior was lower than intermediate.
3.The junior high school students' self-esteem, learning behavior and school adjustment was different through different grades and family socioeconomic status.
4.The relationship between self-esteem and school adjustment was significantly positive.
5.The relationship between learning behavior and school adjustment was significantly positive.
