The micro-hole arrays were formed after the evaporation of solvent in the PMMA solution. Many process parameters, such as heating temperature, different type of solvent, concentration of co-solvent, solution of PMMA, and spin speed had been studied. Furthermore, the influences of micro-hole array on efficacy and optical properties of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were also discussed.
