ANZTEC contains 25 Chapters covering a wide range of topics. The most significant part of the Agreement is its Chapter on Film and Television Co-Production and Cooperation on Indigenous Issues. This is the first time Taiwanese indigenous peoples clauses was included in bilateral trade agreements. It brings a great learning experience for Taiwan when signing multilateral or bilateral agreements.
The most significant cultural clause of international law and norms and trade of cultural are codified in UNESCO Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, “hereafter CCD” that was adopted in 2005.
