碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 103 === The primary objective of this study is to determine optimal information disclosure cost before the companies make decision for investment of information disclosure. Companies wish to increase their firm value by improving the level of information disclosure. This study uses an extreme method to determine cost of optimal information disclosure. Whether the companies know their level of information disclosure or not, they can use models in this study to find their optimal cost. This optimal cost can maximize firm value which is suitable for the company. The results of this study can offer managers to strategize and make better decision for information disclosure.
