碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 103 === In this paper, use Malmquist productivity index and window analysis to evaluate the performance of local credit cooperative branch. Case study for each 15 local credit cooperative branches between 2011 to 2013, had a key performance indicator, multicollinearity diagnosis ,and isotonicity diagnosis. Analyze the input（interest expense、human resources costs、total transaction、deposit） and output（local credit cooperative transaction、interest revenue） on input-oriented to evaluate the performance of local credit cooperative branch. The results show that the cross-regional brunch perform poorly. The results also help manager to improve the managerial performance, financial structure and profit.
