Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育行政與管理學系 === 103 === The study aims to discuss the current situations of the organizational climate and teachers’ efficacy in junior high schools. In order to acquire the difference of awareness of the organizational climate and teachers’ efficacy, teachers from different backgrounds variables are analyzed with reference analysis and questionnaire survey. The Organizational Climate and Teachers’ Efficacy in Junior High Schools questionnaire is used as the research tool to investigate the current situations. The population, teachers in Hualien City Junior high schools, is adopted to proceed stratified random sampling. Total 268 copies of questionnaires are distributed and 255 copies are retrieved. There are 247 valid copies, which make the availability ratio 96.86%. With SPSS fro window 20.0, the retrieved questionnaires are analyzed by means of T-test, ANOVA, Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The following are the conclusions: 1. The level of Hualien Junior high school teachers’ awareness towards organizational climate is high intermediate. 2. The level of Hualien Junior high school teachers’ awareness towards teachers’ efficacy is high intermediate. 3. Teachers’ awareness towards organizational climate from different background variable shows prominent distinction at some levels. (1) The level of “age,” “seniority” and “job position” show prominent distinction, and the level of “gender” and “the educational level ” don’t show prominent distinction. 4. Teachers’ awareness towards teachers’ efficacy from different background variable indicates prominent distinction at some levels. (1) The level of “age,” “the educational level,” “seniority” and “job position” indicate the prominent distinction. Only the level of “gender” doesn’t attain the prominent distinction. 5. The relation between organizational climate and teachers’ efficacy in Hualien City Junior high schools is close. 6. Within junior high schools’ organizational climate, “open climate” possesses prediction to overall teachers’ efficacy. According to the findings and conclusion of research, specific suggestions are given for references to educational authorities, junior high school principals, relevant education personnel and future researchers.
