Architecture in health belief model combines theory of planned behavior evolved discuss purchase CPAP patient self-efficacy and attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and their behavioral intentions with actual purchase behavior between relationships. Whether the patient is affected by internal or external action cues? As well as suffering from obstructive sleep apnea patients social demographic factors of distribution scenarios. Data were collected from a sleep medicine center in eastern Taiwan, has done a Polysomnography of patients respiratory disturbance index ≧ 5 / hrs, or performed CPAP titration. Purposive sampling is applied on this research and we collected 309 valid questionnaires, using SPSS &; AMOS statistical software analysis, and in accordance with the hypothesis of variables using descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling analysis of the statistics Analysis. The results found that: basic demographic variables in the study, "Sex" more men than women, menopause women more than premenopaue ; "Age" mostly aged 50-69; "Associated with chronic diseases" the majority of hypertension ; "Apnea severity" heavy majority. Perceived behavioral control of self-efficacy has a positive significant effect, which means patients have the knowledge, ability and confidence to take control of the higher authority to buy more. Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control has a positive significant effect on purchase intent, meaning patients with persistent positive pressure respirator 'Attitude higher, continuing their willingness to purchase CPAP. The more important people strongly recommend, purchase intentions continuous positive pressure respirator of more help. Internal, external action cues significant positive impact on the subjective , meaning that patients would tend to listen to the professional common, Sleep Medicine Institute, reported newspapers and magazines, dealers proposal followed the recommendations friend, colleague, and produce purchase intention and buying behavior.
