Therefore, it is crucial to explore the key success factors(KFS). In this study the use of the development of instant messaging by enterprises is taken as an example, collecting and summarizing main factors to promote the development of instant messaging services and to establish "the use of motivation", "system and interface" and "service project" three big decision dimensions and related attributes, using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to explore the mutual weight of each hierarchy variable, used as a basis for evaluating the overall development of instant messaging standards. The study of the military instant message system adopted in one military unit reveals that the top five key success factors are “the information communication convenience among members” , “ the social influence”, “ the easy availability of interpersonal relationship”, “ workforce production “ and “ the automatic coded data transmission “All of which provides a guideline for the military to continue to move forwards the instant message policy.
