The booming development of network and mobile communications technology have been getting people much closer together and become much more user friendly than before. The military department has a lot of educational resources; however, related resources have not been effectively applied to learn military knowledge and promote national defense education. This research is focused on the mashup information of aircraft, using the technologies of video annotation, linked data, ontology and acquiring related data from the website of Military Factory and YouTube, in order to build an “All-Out Defense Education & Learning platform.” Through the services of visualization and interconnection, the platform not only provides the basic knowledge of aircraft, but also links the derivative knowledge of aircraft. Results represent that the platform is helpful for learners to understand the aircraft information more deeply and comprehensively.
