In school education, reading is the foundation of all disciplines, and the important tool of learning. If students have poor language ability, they will not only affects language, but also hinder the development of other subjects. For this reason, this case study tries to use Design-Based Research’s design process to improve reading classes with teachers. Through improving reading classes, enhance students' reading comprehension, words and phrases.   To find out students vocabulary growth, they have to take a vocabulary growth pre-test, and a vocabulary growth post-test before and after the experiment.The post-test is five weeks later than the pre-tes. The results of the study and analysis show that students would not hinder the growth of the learners' vocabulary by using mobile device to support their learning activity of reading comprehension.The results show even more that students vocabulary is growing. This study further explore students' reading comprehension level growth situation. The reading comprehension include students abilities to focus on and retrieve explicitly stated information, make straightforward inference, interpret and integrate ideas and information, and examine and evaluate content, language, and textual elements. Detection method is designed by the researcher of reading comprehension test. At the end of each week course, we let the student to carry on the reading comprehension test. From the experiment results indicate that using mobile device to support students learning activity of reading comprehension would not hinder their reading comprehension abilities.
