This research covers two methods, literature review and questionnaire survey. Survey subjects are public junior high school teachers in Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and MiaoLi County. 615 questionnaires were sent out, out of which there are 523 valid questionnaires giving availability rate of 95.44%. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings obtained from the research work are as follows: 1.Recognition of policy marketing on twelve-year basic education by junior high school teachers in Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and MiaoLi County is fairly good and high percentage of the teachers gain information or exchange ideas through varieties of channels. 2.Satisfication of policy marketing on twelve-year basic education by junior high school teachers in Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and MiaoLi County is at a moderate level. 3.Teachers who offer higher scores on satisfication of policy marketing on twelve-year basic education are those who serve as directors, or in MiaoLi County, or in schools of scale of less than or equal to 12 classes or in suburban and rural regions. 4.Challenges of policy marketing on twelve-year basic education by junior high school teachers in Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and MiaoLi County remain high. 5.Teachers who offer higher scores on challenges of policy marketing on twelve-year basic education are those who serve in Hsinchu County and Hsinchu City, or in schools of scale of more than or equal to 37 classes, or in urban regions. 顏國樑 2015 學位論文 ; thesis zh-TW
