To find out the situation of teaching satisfaction from visual arts teachers in elementary school. 3. To find out the relationship between teachers’ teaching professional capacity and satisfaction of visual arts teachers in elementary school. 4. To find out the predictable situation of teaching satisfaction from the teachers’ teaching professional capacity. In this study, "Questionnaire on the visual Arts teachers’ capacity and teaching satisfaction relationship" as a research tool to public elementary school teachers in Hsinchu City during the academic of 2013 used as the research target to carry out the general survey. The data of the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS12.0 and the statistical methods include: Descriptive statistics, Independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, The Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The following conclusions are obtained from the research results: 1. The highest performance "appreciate children's book" of the elementary school visual arts teachers’ professional capacity; in the other hand, the lowest endorsement is "professional craft performance techniques". 2. The highest performance "works of aesthetic education of children" of the elementary school visual arts teachers’ teaching satisfaction, in the other hand, the lowest endorsement is "professional craft techniques of teaching". 3. In the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity on "appreciate the works of children", graduated from Teachers College have higher performance than junior college teacher. 4. The visual arts teachers who major in visual arts have higher performance than non-visual arts department in professional capacity and satisfaction. 5. In the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity and teaching satisfaction, the section teachers have higher performance than homeroom teachers. 6. In the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity and teaching satisfaction, the teachers in elementary school with 12 classes have higher performance than 13 to 24 classes in "knowledge ability" and "knowledge teaching satisfaction". 7. In the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity and teaching satisfaction, the teachers usually participate teaching learning have higher performance than never participate. 8. In the correlation analysis, showing a high degree of positive correlation in the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity and teaching satisfaction. 9. In the multiple regression analysis, showing the predictability among the visual arts teachers’ professional capacity and teaching satisfaction.
