To stimulate students 'interest in learning English to improve students' English communication and conversation skills, recognition in local culture, the use of "situational teaching" and "cooperative learning" teaching strategies to navigate Hakka cuisine English into the curriculum for students to learn how to use English in the context of the guide Browse the Hakka food culture, let the world see Taiwan, the depth of understanding of Hakka culture. In this study, Hsinchu County, Bay of fifth-grade three classes to participate in the study class, using action research course and guide students to peer learning, to enhance students' English communication skills, and to assess the English tour Hakka traditional cuisine courses for students the effectiveness of learning English, the last through self-reflection, to explore the effectiveness and impact of the students 'self-learning' Professional Competence of teachers. Found from this study First, the context and cooperative learning strategies into the English tour Hakka food culture curriculum is feasible. Second, the use of scenarios and cooperative learning strategies into the English tour Hakka traditional food culture courses, to enhance students' interest in learning and achievement. Third, the researchers through the situation and cooperative learning strategies into the English tour Hakka traditional food culture curriculum design, discovery and cooperative learning strategies situations can improve students' motivation to learn English and academic achievement.
