The sample was on Hsinchu public private six college students and randomly issued 1200 questionnaires to do the study. A total of 1097 questionnaires were recovered, after deducting 15 invalid questionnaires, a total of 1082 copies. The results were analysis descriptive statistics, t- test, ANOVA analysis, Pearson product moment correlation and other statistical methods. The research obtained conclusions are as follows: 1.The well-being perception of the university students is above the average(M=4.39) are the "family harmony", "interpersonal relationships", "life satisfaction"dimension are the top three scores. 2.Private university students"course conditions" and "self-affirmation" dimension in private university are higher than public university students. 3.The different university , Grade score overall average , every month disposable petty cash, and attending community university students in whole Well - being of in relationships are significant. 4.Male in "self-affirmation" and "physical and mental health" dimension of Well–being is higher than female. 5.The different college student whose Well-being of in "life satisfaction""self-affir mation" "physical and mental health" have signifance.Grade score overall average of 90 points or more students in the whole Well-being of score of 60 to 69 points higher than college students. 6.The students who work experience in "self-affirmation" is higher than no work experience of ones. 7.Disposable petty cash every month more tha $12,000 NT to $15,000 NT university students scored higher than $5000NT to $8000NT and $3000NT to $5000NT university students. 8.Aattending community university students is higher than well-being withnot attending community students. 9.Among the well-being perception of the university students in course conditions, life satisfaction, self-affirmation, interpersonal relationships, physical and mental health, family harmony dimensions they have positive correlation correlation coefficient of P <.01 (r = .124 ~ .744) the significant level.
