We hope to utilize conclusions from this research to provide benefits to future academic administration management systems.   This study uses discussion document analysis and questionnaire survey methods. A questionnaire focus on “A study of the perception and quality satisfaction on Academic Management System~ An example in chiayi county teachers” was developed; the main study group is Chiayi County elementary school teachers who use academic administration management system on regular basis. On the basis of school location, Random sampling was performed in different surrounding areas. A total of three hundred twenty questionnaires were distributed to nineteen schools; two hundred ninety-nine questionnaires were received and valid. SPSS for Windows 22.0 were applied for data analysis and processing. Descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples t-test, single factor analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient are the primary analysis methods I used in this study.   The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The response Chiayi County elementary school teachers to academic administration management system is that teachers acknowledge “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease-of-use.” Teachers also agree that th academic administration management system is helpful for maximizing work efficiency. However, the consensus of teachers was also that they need better training on how to use system. 2.The Chiayi County elementary school teachers’ satisfaction with regard to the academic administration management system was high with information quality, but was low with system quality. 3.There is noticeable difference in teachers’ user attitude and user satisfaction based upon individual background variables. Factors include experience with the academic administration management system, hours of system training, size of school and school’s geographic location. 4.Elementary school teachers’ user attitude and user satisfaction have a direct correlation.
