Explore the feasibility of supplemental lighting on tomato 'Harvest II' in I-lan. The result showed that tomato 'Harvest II'on R treatment germination rate was faster. It also on chlorophyll content was higher, but the plant has poor morphology. germination rate on B treatment was slower.Its stem was short and leaves was thick. Tomato seedlings has better shoot fresh weight on 3R6B and 7RGB treatment. while R treatment has the lightest root fresh weight. CW treatment has the heaviest shoot dry weight. CW , B, 7RGB three treatment have a better composite index in seedling index. Whether in 2012 or 2013 tomato 'Harvest II' in different light intensity and time supplemental lighting treatment on six hours supplemental lighting has better yields, harvest time, and ascorbic acid.but in fruit size and L*, a*, b* has no significant difference. It was show supplemental lighting in early morning is better at 2012 but well in good evening at 2013.And tomato plants supplemental lighting with concentrated close planting has better yields, harvest time, and starch higher than non-high density planting. Both in 2012 or 2013 has the lowest return of low-light supplemental lighting for three hours. Tomato 'Harvest II' at 2012 experiment result showed that different light quality supplemental lighting on tomato seedlings for three weeks 2R8B treatment has significantly than other supplemental lighting treatment on number of leaves, leaves area, fresh and dry weight biomass. Toamto growth in the control group without of the supplemental lighting was worst. In the yields, 2R8B treatment was well at 2012 but Red treatment was good at yield at 2013. However 2R8B treatment in the time of harvest wasearlier and 5R5B treatment was latest no matter at 2012 or 2013.
