| Summary: | 碩士 === 南榮科技大學 === 工程科技研究所碩士班 === 103 === Zengwen district, included Madou, Xiaying, Guantian, Liujia and Danei, is located in the heartland of Tainan City. This area contains Wusanto Dam and the upstream of Jiangjun Stream, so that the fishery industry and agriculture are both well-developed. Madou and Xiaying were parts of Daofeng Inland Sea Area before and also the main settlement area in Ming-Zheng period. It has beautiful countryside views, local humanities, historical assets, monuments, and temples. In recent years, people attach importance to the protection and maintenance of cultural and natural heritage.
Under the i236 Plan, environment construction is expected to improve the living of the people with "Wisdom Taiwan" and “Smart Life.” In the thesis, the local features of Zengwen district are digital value-added, digital preserved and integrated. They are cultural tours- Tau-siia Kuwa and civic faith, environmental journey- ecological conservation and farm leisure, experience tours-the taste of pomelo and water chestnut. History, cultural and natural landscape are combined with digital creativity on multimedia, such as Ebooks and films. They are also integrated with Google Sites as “Lohae on-line tour platform” to market Zengwen district with ubiquitous network communication, so that it can reach sustainable development as “cultural tourism and creative industries.”
