碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 航運管理研究所 === 103 === This study aims to investigate the effects of relationship orientation, supply chain security management, supply chain resilience capability and operational performance of cargo in the liner shipping context. The results of a t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated that there were significant differences among the agreement levels of relationship orientation, supply chain security management, supply chain resilience capability and operational performance of cargo regarding organization characteristic. A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to test the research hypothese. Results indicated that relationship orientation has a positively effect on supply chain security management and supply chain resilience capability; supply chain security management has significantly positive effect on supply chain resilience capability and operational performance of cargo; supply chain resilience capability has a positive influence on operational performance of cargo. However, the effect of relationship orientation on operational performance of cargo was not found in this study.
