Synthesis and characterization of nano-TiO2 powder by hydrothermal and sol-gel methods

碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 微電子工程研究所 === 103 === In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano-powder was prepared by hydrothermal and sol-gel methods﹐using titanium isopropoxide (C12H28O4Ti) as precursor and then through post calcination at temperatures (500 ~ 900 ℃)﹒XRD﹐FTIR﹐SEM﹐UV/VIS and PL were used to...

The mean particle size increases with calcination temperature as examined from SEM﹒The particle sizes prepared by these two methods through calcination were similar﹒PL spectra show that the main peak intensity decreases with calcination temperature﹒The catalysis analysis examined by the degradation of Methylene blue under ultraviolet light illumination shows that anatase phase obtained at a lower calcination temperature has higher photocatalytic activity than that of rutile phase obtained by a higher calcination temperature﹒The results of these two preparation methods are consistent﹒ Yeh,Min-Yen 葉旻彥 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW
