| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 漁業生產與管理研究所 === 103 === After Coast Guard Administration established, people have been questioning about the mandatory soldiers to do the fish ports inspection duty, because some of the mandatory soldiers had criminal records before they are drafted, which is a malaise for the Administration. Fortunately, our government try to carry out the recruitment system instead of drafting system, therefore, the incoming source of soldiers in Coast Guard Administration is half voluntary and half mandatory now. At this period of time, this study is to analyze the satisfactory for the voluntary soldiers while implementing the fish ports inspection work, through the data of questionnaire to find out the potential problems, in order to be the references for conducting future recruitment policy.
The study aimed at the voluntary soldiers serving at Ann-Ping fish port and other 12 fish ports under the jurisdiction of South Patrol Office of Coast Guard Administration. The questionnaire is based on the 5 aspects of PZB service quality module. Out of the total 225 questionnaires distributed, 146 copies are valid returned, 「Statistica」was applied to analysis the reliability and validity, and applies「paired-t test」and 「IPA」 to analyze the data. The assumptions of this research indicates 3 aspects are significant difference, 2 aspects are partial difference. In 「IPA」analysis , there are 5 items in the 「Immediately Improved Zone 」. Hopely, through this study , the problems shown could be eventually solved, and the fish port inspection stations will offer better service to the fishermen.
