For this research gap, this study extends dedication- constraint mechanisms in the social exchange theory, proposed trust relationships, and impact on the knowledge contribution. Through a questionnaire and PLS 307 valid samples for analysis. Institute of research support our hypothesis. Results show that the, community members on the virtual community familiar with the incentive to build trust with the learning goal orientation.
