| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 103 === Statistics show that the average lifespan of citizens has increased, but many elderly men have heartand cardiovasculardiseases, these diseases are related to high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. Taiwan''s GNP has increasedsuchthat the public awareness of health, insurance-related industries are being looked upon and developed. This research designs a "Mobile Health Care Information System", which is convenient for the elderly men and for gathering health-related information. Using the mobile smart devices to upload the measured health information via the Internet to the cloud platform, we can save and process this information. Its functions include weight management, blood pressure control, and blood glucose control, walking step count and waist measurement. Users can record and analysis their own health condition, allowing medical or nursing professions to provide wholesome care according to their own condition. It can use the GPS function on smart devices to pinpoint the elderly''s position to prevent from getting lost. This research has cooperated with Chio Ding Health Enterprise and users can take advantage of Skype video chat and consult from medicals or nurses on related health information. With our system, users can make health management more convenient and enhance the health care of the elderly men.
