Bent pipe structure is often applied to daily life, such as usual domestic water use and some special industrial application and so on. It is well known that the difference of fluid dynamics is difficult to be observed as water flowing into the Bent pipe. Therefore, some professional software are required to accuracy simulate the fluid dynamics with the different Bent pipes’ design. This research is aimed to design a spiral Bent pipe, which analyze design parameters for influence of water speed and analysis water speed variation as water flowing into the mechanism. As water flowing into the Spiral Bent pipe, the secondary flow will be generated by itself. Moreover, the water speed will be increased by the power of secondary flow. Therefore, the water speed can be adopted by the mechanical design of the spiral Bent pipe.
