Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 事業經營系 === 103 === Abstract This study focused on the critical success factors of tourism factories. Objects of study are tourism factories located in southern Taiwan. Based on the selection projects of “Tourism Factories Evaluation Coaching Points”, at the same time, through literature research, I analyzed and figured out key elements for evaluating a successful tourism factory. And that leads to the prototype of hierarchical structure. Then, twice questionnaires through the Delphi Method, I constructed 5 evaluation criteria and 27 critical success factors for tourism factories. A further investigation through Analytic Hierarchy Process expert questionnaire evinced the weight and relationship among each evaluation criteria and critical success factor to another. Moreover, analysis of Power Choice determined the weights and sorting of alternative evaluation criteria and critical success factor. This research shows the significant weighting from “A: theme features” to “C: marketing strategy”, which followed by “D: management strategy”, “B: plant facilities planning and service” and “E: corporate social responsibility”. In 27 critical success factors, the most important key element is “C2: to build homepage and community site”, followed by “A4: to establish corporate image and brand”, then, the third is “A5: product customization, uniqueness, diversity and richness”. Finally, the results of this study provide successful models to companies interested in the transformation for the future. It can be used as an indicator of future coping strategies of sustainable development.
