Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to understand the status of government personnel who work load and job satisfaction of Kaohsiung, and to explore different background variables differences of personnel who work load and job satisfaction at all levels of, and the relationship between workload and job satisfaction. This study used a questionnaire as a measurement tool, in Kaohsiung City government personnel officer for the study, issued a total of 300 questionnaires, 287, the recovery rate was 95.66 percent, after the seizure of nuclear deduction of 11 invalid questionnaires, the actual number of 276 valid questionnaires, the effective usable questionnaires was 92%. The resulting effective questionnaire data, descriptive statistics, t test, single factor variability analysis and Pearson product moment correlation analysis and other statistical methods, the results obtained following the: 1.Government personnel staff workload, Kaohsiung moderate degree, various levels to work "political pressure" the highest level of load level experience, secondly, in order, is "the work of fatigue," "administrative support", "professional competence", "role conflict", "human relations." 2.Kaohsiung City government personnel staff because of gender, marital status, different service units, different years of service personnel agency, the age and the current number of service agencies and services, there are differences in degree feelings workload. 3.Government personnel job satisfaction situation Kaohsiung moderate degree, various levels to "work environment" highest level of satisfaction, secondly, in order, it is "the work itself", "wages and benefits", "competent leadership", "training training", "promotion situation." 4.Kaohsiung City government personnel staff in different positions and different years of service personnel agency, there are differences in degree feelings of job satisfaction. 5.Workload and job satisfaction Kaohsiung government personnel who have significant negative correlation, that work load, the higher the degree of job satisfaction is the lower.
