We hope that through this study, let the public for special hotel industry has a detailed understanding of the treatment given in a reasonable hotel public relations and positive view. The study is based on qualitative research as the main, for the hotel hostess for the interview subject, in-depth interviews, analysis and interviews done description. According to the interview can be found when the hotel hostess had higher mosaic work, the sense of accomplishment they get from work in and dependence on brokers and so the meet, the natural increase of job satisfaction, and improve work performance.
