Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 體育學系 === 103 === The purpose of the study was to explore Coach’s Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion perceived by primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City and to analyze differences between Coach’s Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion. The subjects were 420 track and field athletes who joined in AD 2012 primary school sports competition of Kaohsiung city. The questionnaire method was adopted to survey, and finally, there were a total of 365 valid questionnaires, inclusive of 190 male athletes and 175 female athletes. The instrument was “the questionnaire of Coach’s Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion perceived by primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City”, edited by the researcher. The descriptive statistics, Hotelling T test, one-way multivariate analysis of variance and Person correlation were adopt to analyze all the valid questionnaires, and the conclusions were as the followings: 1. The Coach’s Leadership Behavior of primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City at the present was mainly based on the “training and coaching behavior” 2. The “Team Adaptation” was the main factor of the Team Cohesion for the primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City. 3. The gender and weekly training days of the primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City had significant differences to Team Cohesion. 4. The weekly training days and sports achievements of the primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City had significant differences to Team Cohesion. 5. The Coach’s Leadership Behavior perceived by primary school track and field athletes in Kaohsiung City had positive relation to Team Cohesion.
