The government wanted to improve the use of Scouting education Teenager leisure activities deviation dilemma. In this study, the participants wanted to know Scouting personality traits, qualities serious repair, repair efficiency of the current situation and to examine differences in the case of personal background variables in three dimensions, to further explore the relationship between the three constructs. Nantou County in the study of high school (vocational) scouting students as the study participantst. The collected data were analyzed by t test (independent), one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis methods were analyzed. The results were as the following: 1. Senior high schools and junior high school Scouts participant background variables which recognize different people serious leisure traits was different. 2.State Vocational High School Scouting Senior high schools and junior high school Scouts participant background variables was different in different its leisure benefits.3.State Vocational High School Scouting Senior high schools and junior high school Scouts participant personality traits significantly associated with serious leisure.4. State Vocational State Vocational senior high schools and junior high school Scouts participants serious leisure characteristics significantly associated with significant recreational benefits. Finally, according to the findings and then made recommendations, to provide a reference or subsequent researchers and academics related units of government.
