It was under pressure of physiological and psychological, resulting significant increase the frequency of job alteration. The purpose of this study was to discuss the relevance between job stress and intention of stay of community public health nurses in Pingtung. Questionnaire survey was employed on all 33 community health centers in Pingtung. 206 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 19.0 for Windows. We used descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and regression to test the hypothesis. Our result showed (1) Working time was the biggest part of job stress, it would be affected by age and education. (2) In intention of stay, the influence of environment's influence would bigger than personal competency. (3) Workload pressure and seniority would affect intention of stay, workload pressure was negative correlation and seniority was positive correlation.
