Moreover, this study is to investigate the relationship between the attitude and the teaching efficiency. The study was conducted by Questionnaire. The research tool used in this study is “The scale of Pingtung county elementary school teachers’ attitude toward participating professional learning community and teachers’ teaching efficiency ”. The participants were in-service public elementary school teachers in Pingtung county, including directors, section chiefs, homeroom teachers and subject teachers. Stratified random sampling was used, and 460 questionnaires were collected. The data was analyzed by mean, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s r and stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows, 1. Elementary school teachers’attitude toward participating PLC is good overall, especially in “vision for the goal”. 2. Elementary school teachers' teaching effectiveness performance is good overall, especially in "classroom management". 3. The less-teaching-experience teachers’attitude toward PLC performed better than the more-teaching-experience teachers’ attitude. 4. The directors’ or section chiefs’ attitude toward PLC is better than subject teachers. 5. The small-scale and large-scale school teachers’ attitude toward PLC is better than middle-scale school teachers. 6. For the teachers who are participating PLC now, their attitude toward PLC is better than the teachers who were participating before but not participating now and the teachers who were never participating. 7. As for the elementary school teachers’ teaching efficiency in terms of classroom management, age group of “above 51”performed better than age group “between 41 to 50”. 8. For the elementary school teachers with master degrees (including 40 credits class), their teaching efficiency in terms of teaching assessment performed better than the teachers with bachelors’ degrees. 9. Teachers’ attitude toward PLC had significant connection with their teaching. The better attitude they adopted, the better teaching efficiency they performed. 10. Pingtung elementary school teachers’ attitude toward PLC had high prediction. The “vision for goal” section had the highest prediction. At last, some suggestions were offered for the educational administrations, schools, teachers and further studies. SHU, XU-WEI 舒緒緯 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 140 zh-TW
