Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育視導與評鑑碩士學位學程 === 103 === This study aims to understand" the after school alternative program "implementation status, predicament, and coping strategies in Kaohsiung elementary school The main purposes of the study is to 1) understand the current status of motivation for " the after school alternative program " in Kaohsiung elementary school; 2) understand" the after school alternative program " of the problems facing the execution the predicament; 3) understand" the after school alternative program " facing the predicament and the coping strategies; 4) compare the perceptional differences among teachers of different backgrounds in Kaohsiung elementary schools regarding" the after school alternative program " implementation status, predicament, and coping strategies. This study adopted the Investigation Research Method. It also involved a adapt survey questionnaire named “Investigation Questionnaire of" the after school alternative program "implementation status, predicament, and coping strategies in Kaohsiung elementary school”. The subjects in this research were the teachers from public elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. By stratified random sampling method, the study sent out 542 official questionnaires, with 493 questionnaires returned of which 473 were usable questionnaires, achieving a return rate of official questionnaires at 87.26%. The data of this research was analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA. The study then came to the conclusion that: 1. Elementary school teachers responding well to" the after school alternative program "and approve of the administrative staff execution. 2. Elementary school teachers for the " the after school alternative program "problem difficulty acceptance of medium, including "The number of students is too large difference , Unable to continue their studies at home "and" Too many papers to fill " as the biggest predicament. 3. Elementary school teachers for the " the after school alternative program " coping strategies acceptance of medium-high, in which " Fill out the form to simplify ", "reduce the number of students" and "increasing supplementary materials" for effective problem solving strategy is in predicament. 4. Male teacher, remedial teaching teacher and administrative staff, 12 classes of teacher are status of implementation feel more in line with " the after school alternative program ". 5. "11-15 years service ", "16-20 years service" and the "metropolitan area" of teachers in the " the after school alternative program "are predicament feel deeper. Finally, according to the above discoveries and conclusions, some suggestions are presented, serving as a reference to elementary school principals, teachers and the future research.
