With a few alloy specimens, the experiment can be verified the results with high credibility. Determined the composition of phases by EPMA, the experiment completed Al-Ag-Cu 450 oC and Ti-Au-Ag 800 oC equilibrium phase diagram. There are eight three-phase equilibrium in Al-Ag-Cu system. With correction to the composition of Ag phase at the Cu9Al4-Cu-Ag three-phase equilibrium in the reference, it showed the composition of copper is 10.26 at.% and aluminum is 2.28 at.%.
