Under this change working environment, the general constructing company resources relatively happens to have fewer subcontracting working forces, thus a general constructing company use to have handful resources to select number of subcontracting work forces but now it is in another way around which the subcontracting work forces decide what they want to work with. In addition, there are more society freshmen do not work long in a general constructing company mainly not because of lack of experiences but also lack of confident and the work environment. Therefore, a general constructing company is not easy to cultivate talents. Under these conditions, a general constructing company must be able to grasp the limited resources in order to consolidate the competitive advantage, thus Hua Sheng Engineering Construction Company Inc. starts to analyze how to maintain a competitive advantage and continue the sustainable operation. This study focuses on analyzing and comparing subcontracting companies of three projects of Hua Sheng Engineering Construction Company Inc. &;quot; Fengshan Administration Center New Building Construction Project (A project)&;quot;, &;quot; Fish Market Re-construction Engineering for Tze-Kuan Fishery Assiocation (B project)&;quot; and &;quot; ACL611 New Zuoying Station Attached Management Building Engineering Project (C project) &;quot; . B project will be the primary control on managing and assisting the subcontracting work forces on all working detail aspects, the company is also periodically providing engineer education training to enhance and increase engineers’ expertise and their self-confidence. The results show a strong and positive feedback. By providing the assistant, the subcontracting work forces can smoothly doing the job and making the money on the same time, and engineers have gradually improved personal abilities and strengthen group solidarity, therefore, the company competitiveness has increased which can increase and strengthen the company’s solid foundation on sustainable operation.
