Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育研究所 === 103 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to estimate the fatigue of standing posture by using a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). It was proposed that the changes of water distribution in the body by gravity while after a long period in a standing posture would be measured, and assesses the feasibility of standing fatigue. The correlations of standing time, the stability, the response time and changes of water level would be evaluated. The main method to detect the changes of water distribution in the body in this study was by using the Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis which was a non-invasive method. The response time of jump out of the force plate after giving a light signal would be measured. And the stabil-ity would be measured by standing on the force plate. A total of 22 healthy volunteers (10 male and 12 female) would be detected the change of water distribution and the reaction time every two hours. The conclusion after the experiment was that longer the subjects stand, the changes of water level in the same body area would be more significant, and the relationship between a long time standing and after a period of break on the change of water level would be significant difference. The results showed that the changes of water distribution in the body and the perception-reaction time could be the indexes to estimate the fatigue of standing posture.
