Seven hundred ninety-five survey samples were returned, and the effective sample size is 771.This research utilizes descriptive statistics, independent t test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression to analyze the data. The conclusions are as follows: 1.Current state of food safety awareness and food safety behavior of preschool children and their parents in Central Taiwan is healthy. (1) In food safety behavior section, preschool children score higher in food safety habits than in food addictive intake pattern.
