In order to quantitatively describe the atomization processes, I construct the study in terms of four procedures: the observation, the design of experiments, the theoretical analysis, and the experimental verification. The results in this study showed that when the air flow passing through the opening of upright tube, separation zone with lower pressure has been formed due to turbulence action and will decrease the pressure of tube end. According to Pascal's law, the water level will rise so as to balance the pressure difference while the pressure of the tube mouth is lower than atmosphere. If the pressure difference is sufficient to support the water level to rise to the tube mouth, the air flow around will makes the water tube to become spherical drop at the highest point. The spherical water drop will disintegrate into many tiny drops owing to the effect of atomization. Promotion material of the design of simple sprayer could be designed base on the above conclusion.
