The researchers adopted spiral explore methods of action research to solve practical problems, continue to self-reflection, revision in three cycles. Collected student work, surveys, learning diaries, reflection notes of teacher and classroom observations, interviews, etc., to analyze data. The following conclusions are reached in this study: 1.Learning community can be summed up " leading-in - development - jump - return - Reflection" teaching process, but the practices shall be multiple changes, to avoid falling into a single model. 2. Adopted learning community to teach Chinese lesson can enable students to discuss and guide with each other, so can enhance learning motivation and interest, then willing to learn. 3. Adopted learning community to teach Chinese lesson ,students through the "explore, cooperation, expressing" can enhance language learning. 4. Adopted learning community to teach must to take a long time to create the culture and attitude of collaborative learning, then reminded and revised constantly in order to achieve the best effect. 5. Adopted learning community to teach ,the teacher have to spend more effort and time to prepare lessons, but thus get more reflection and growth.
