Students learn knowledge of Natural Science by operating virtual materials. Experimental subjects are the middle school students in Taiwan. Before experiment, the research use learning style preference inventory to classify students’ cognitive style, including 15 Holist and 25 Serialist. The research also uses pretest, protest, the System Usability Scale (SUS), behavior coding and, direct observational method to do analyze. And the research hopes to enhance students’ learning performance and observe the difference of learning style’s students and system’s usability when students operate the system. The experiment result shows students have a positive attitude and is acceptable for system’s usability. Both of students of cognitive style have obvious promotion when they use the learning system combining Augmented Reality (AR) and Motion-Sensing Interactive Technology. The behavior of operating system: The Holist is characterized by prefer freedom and flexible browsing. And the type of students in operating system likes to browse system function by them self; the serialist is characterized by ruling browsing. And the type of students in operating system prefer operate system with guideline. As a result, both of two cognitive style students are in line with their characteristic.
