Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系測驗統計碩博士班 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between mathematical learning strategies、self-efficacy、motivation and mathematical literacy of Taiwanese students who participated in the survey of PISA 2012. Researcher wants to know the relationships between mathematical learning strategies、self-efficacy and motivations in Mathematics for 9th grade and 10th grade students in PISA 2012. This study investigated the relationships between mathematical learning strategies, self-efficacy and motivations in Mathematics for different grade separately. There were 34517 9th graders and 61270 10th graders in this study. The results showed Taiwanese students have an outstanding performance in mathematical literacy, but the achievement gap of students from different proficiency level in mathematics is quite worthy of concern. Students have higher levels of self-efficacy and motivation, the higher level of mathematical literacy they have. High-level mathematics students tend to use the strategies of elaboration and control, low achievers tend to use the strategy of memorization.
