Researcher wants to know the relationships between mathematical learning strategies、self-efficacy and motivations in Mathematics for 9th grade and 10th grade students in PISA 2012. This study investigated the relationships between mathematical learning strategies, self-efficacy and motivations in Mathematics for different grade separately. There were 34517 9th graders and 61270 10th graders in this study. The results showed Taiwanese students have an outstanding performance in mathematical literacy, but the achievement gap of students from different proficiency level in mathematics is quite worthy of concern. Students have higher levels of self-efficacy and motivation, the higher level of mathematical literacy they have. High-level mathematics students tend to use the strategies of elaboration and control, low achievers tend to use the strategy of memorization. Su-Wei Lin 林素微 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
