碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === How an enterprise keeps its competitive advantages and maintains evergreen status in fast changing environment is the most critical issue nowadays. Therefore, many scholars propose “Dynamic Capability Theory” .Although the theories have a few differences; their essences are basically the same. This research is to discuss how an enterprise makes use of dynamic capability achieving competitive advantages based on vertical qualitative research method. The subject that we discuss is JEDA Language Institute Co. Ltd. and we still realize how JEDA takes advantage of the continuous interaction existed within its capability and environment so that it becomes a competitive advantage because of identifying and developing opportunity. The research shows that why JEDA becomes a leading brand in Tainan is because it can be aware of the changing trend of market and then modifies its inner structure. From the case, we also know that JEDA focuses on obtaining technological assets and optimizing service quality in order to develop competitive advantages. In addition, JEDA will recognize next opportunities based on previous experiences and then these so called cycles also become JEDA’s competitive advantages.
