Simple was author’s class with 23 third-year-primary-students. Eight self-development activities which contained rhythm, paced, and singing games was used; these materials were based on the syllabus of Arts and Humanity Learning Area and the textbook of Integrative Activities of Arts and Humanity- published by Kang Hsuan publishing house. Author had done these activities in a 12 weeks period, in one integrative activity class and one morning activity each week. Background music was played during lunch time in reward of students’ well behaviors. Analyzing the data from teaching journals, observation notes, and student interviews, the following are conclusions: 1. When using music activities to support class management, students have more opportunities to practice music; these influence their music ability and increase their interest in learning music. 2. Those additional music activities have reached their desired objectives - improve the classroom-interact atmosphere can help teachers to maintain the class rules. 3. Popular songs with short melody and lyrics can reach significant effect. 4. Using music activities to support class management benefits on students’ learning of working on groups and sportsmanship. 5.
