If you canvass the process of service industry, you can still find the development bottlenecks of service industry. For this situation, the service industry do the best for positive operation, and hope to improve added - value services and products, enhance corporate value and create competitive advantage of organization. The service innovation plays a very important position in organization profit. For organization, something about service innovations, such as thinking, management, control etc. are more important.  The study found that Taiwan International Ports Corporation and the shipping industry don’t respect to learning and exchanging with outside organization.They don’t attach importance to knowledge magement, Job rotation, etc. which can promote the organization and shipping industry. In other words, Taiwan International Ports Corporation wants to promote service innovation,in addition to improve the employees’ will of innovation, you must construct the the environment of inside and outside knowledge base in the organization.
