And, five international sea ports in Taiwan are taken to demonstrate the computational process of proposed method. Firstly through the literature review, consultation of experts and scholars, as well as importance analysis, twelve criteria are selected to evaluate the green performance of sea ports. These evaluation criteria are shore power equipment, low-pollution equipment, environmentally-friendly port architecture, environmental quality monitoring facilities, waste reduction incentives, international certification of environmental quality, environmental pollution emergency treatment capacity, environmental management and protection measures, port administrative efficiency, port operating efficiency, efficiency of infrastructure linking to port, and degree of carrier cooperation with a green port. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to solve the weights of all criteria. The results show that the most important six evaluation criteria are low-pollution equipment, environmental quality monitoring facilities, port operating efficiency, environmental pollution emergency treatment capacity, efficiency of infrastructure linking to port, degree of carrier cooperation with a green port. Finally, the proposed model is used to assess the green performance of five international sea ports in Taiwan. The study results show that Kaohsiung port has the best green performance, followed by Taipei port, Taichung port, Keelung port, and Hualien port. Keywords: green performance, importance analysis, fuzzy set theory, grey relation analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process Liang, Gin-Shuh 梁金樹 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
