Taguchi quality engineering method using orthogonal table and discuss desalination units to produce fresh water needed for several key parameters: "vacuum pressure, water temperature, time," the implementation of the use of analysis of variance results. Identify three factors affect the optimal conditions for this fresh water desalination bodies of fresh water to get the best efficiency and to identify trends in each factor of the analysis results. The analysis results, the optimum parameters for this water desalination plant built for the "sea temperature 85 ℃, vacuum pressure (negative pressure) 650 mm-Hg, time 2.5 hr, water 109.6 ml / hr" and salinity are <0.5 %, while the impact of various factors: temperature> pressure> Time.
