The subjects were 260 preschool teachers in Taipei City. There were two parts in the questionnaire which includes the beliefs on gender roles and gender equality teaching of the preschool teachers. The findings of the study were as following: 1. The teachers showed strong equality beliefs on gender roles of housekeeping. 2. The teachers frequently implemented gender equality teaching in preschools. 3. There was no significant relation between preschool teachers’ beliefs on gender roles and gender equality teaching.
