Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 103 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among elementary school principals' story-leadership and teachers' job involvement in Northen Taiwan. Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The survey took in Northen Taiwan elementary school teachers as population with stratified random sampling, 1200 copies of questionnaire were distributed, the overall response rate was 92%, effective response rate was 91%. Data was analyzed with using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics,t-test,one way ANOVA and simple regression analysis. Main conclusions made up from the research are as the following: 1. Elementary school teachers in Northen Taiwan generally perceived principals' story-leadership,in which the performance of "timing level " and " willingness level " is ideal. 2.Elementary school teachers in Northen Taiwan agree that they have good abilities of job involvement, in which the performance are"job participation" and "job enjoyment". 3.There were significant differences in which of Elementary school teachers in Northen Taiwan consciousness of the principals'story-leadership due to various of job position,school area and school size. 4.There were significant differences in Northen Taiwan Elementary school teachers'job involvement in terms of sex,age and job position. 5. Elementary School Principals' story leadership in Northen Taiwan has a positive predictive relationship on teachers'job involvement, especially on "timing level" is most important.
