Researcher using action research to teach fourth grade class students for a period of 10 months. This study is a qualitative study, collected data included researchers teaching logs and reflection, learning logs and reflection, observation records, interview records, instructional materials, work sheets. Under the educational philosophy of learning community, teachers practice new writing class by seeking partners, studying theory, the use of specific materials, design writing courses, use of teaching techniques. In the learning process of the learning community, teacher creates before class self-learning activities, group collaborative learning activities in the class, and multiple assessments after the class to help students improve their writing in the process.
