This study which was conducted in the manufacturing industry in Taiwan, Exploring the Influences of green shared vision and environmental organizational culture on green product development performance: the mediation effect of green absorptive capacity. There are five purposes in this study, including the influence of green shared vision on green absorptive capacity, the influence of green shared vision on green product development performance, the influence of environmental organizational culture on green absorptive capacity, the influence of environmental organizational culture on green product development performance and the influence of green absorptive capacity on green product development performance. The empirical results of this study showed that green shared vision and environmental organizational culture had positive effects on green absorptive capacity. While green absorptive capacity would positive effect green product development performance. Furthermore, the study indicates that the relationship between green shared vision and green product development performance is partially mediated by green absorptive capacity. Based on the above findings, a range of managerial implications for environmental strategies are discussed.
